- Whenever there are performance problems (for example, waterproofing problems, insulation, among other characteristics of a roof);

- Replacement of asbestos roofs.

Last but not least, all asbestos roofs (commonly known as Luzalite), the use of which has been banned throughout the European Union, must be replaced. In this sense, all roofs built with asbestos must be replaced with another type of material.
